Unfortunately, we do not ship Internationally only Domestic. Jspc World has a 14-day return policy which is described below: If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product , you may return it for an exchange or full refund (shipping and handling charges are excluded). You have 14 days subject to a Retun Authorization from JspcWorld. Please send us an e-mail at customersupport@jspcworld.com to retreive this number. All products must be returned in its original condition, including packaging, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories, with a copy of your invoice attached. Please note if any product is returned without its original packaging, accessories, and invoice, it will not be accepted and will be returned at customer’s expense. There is 20% restocking fee for any products that are being returned. Also, please do not write on item or its origional carton, because you will be charged for the replacement of any damaged product, missing, written-on or altered. JspcWorld does not reimburse or refund shipping charges.
Shipping Information: All
orders are processed on the same day your order is received. Orders
are then shipped within 5 to 10 business days. Please allow a maximum
of 14 days for your order to be delivered. All products are shipped
using UPS and Fedex. Our products ship directly from the manufacturers/distributors
and will leave their warehouse within 48 hours of our confirmation
of your order. To Cancel an order: Your order can be cancelled at anytime during checkout by clicking "cancel or simply clicking on the remove button." To cancel an order that has already been confirmed, please send us an e-mail letting us know that you no longer want to order the item. JspcWorld will do it's best to fulfill your request to cancel any orders.
